The BEADS & BAUBLES website is primarily for SOURCED WHOLESALE PRODUCTS, for smaller retail quantities you may purchase here.

  Payment Methods Accepted:  CREDIT CARD, EFT or MONEYBOOKERS

Surcharges and  MINIMUM PURCHASES for Payments via:

CREDIT CARD:  Minimum purchase limit of R1000 - below R1000 an additional charge of 5% is required.
WHY? - unfortunately the credit card payment portal is serviced by an independant provider who charges for each transaction - purchases below R1000 without the surcharge would not be justifiable and would force me to lift prices on the products for smaller quantiities.

EFT:  Minimum purchase limit of R250 - below R250 an additional charge of 25% on the products pricing is required.
WHY? - well simply put, we are wholesalers providing products at low pricing and this is the lowest order accepted via the Beads and Baubles website for wholesale pricing.  To order smaller retail  quantities you may order here

When you place your order, you will receive an automated pro-forma invoice/quote - THIS IS NOT THE FINAL INVOICE - but just a confirmation that your order has been submitted to us.  Please do not make a payment on this as the items in stock still need to be confirmed, shipping and other costs added.

Goods are collected from our storage facility and suppliers MONTH END only (usually the last weekend of the month)

ONLY once we have collected your order and confirmed products in stock, does it get packaged and weighed.

An invoice with the final total including shipping and other costs and insurance option is then emailed to you.

Once we have received your payment the package will be dispatched with a track and trace number for you to follow the progress of your shipment online.
