• SHIPPING INFORMATION
  We ship primarily within South Africa and will consider shipping to places in the rest of the world on request and further conditional enquiry

• ORDER CONFIRMATION
  When you submit your order to us, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. Please contact us if you do not receive an e-mail from us within two business days of placing your order.

• SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
  You will then receive a second e-mail from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second e-mail should include tracking information.

• ITEM NOT IN STOCK
  If an item is not in stock, you will be notified and be given the opportunity to either backorder, substitute or cancel.

• DELIVERY
  When you click “Check Out” on your invoice you will be asked to select the shipping method and the amount will be added to your invoice.

• RETURNS POLICY
  At BeadsandBaubles.co.za, we sell all of our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We will gladly refund your money in full – minus original shipping and insurance costs – as long as the item has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.
  We hope it never comes to this, but if it ever does, please contact us and let us know why you were not happy with your purchase. If there was something we forgot to mention in our product description or if the product does not meet your expectations, we’d like to know!  Please don't 'fight' with us first - accomodation can be made for problems occuring.
  
  Items ‘not working’:
  Our products are covered by manufacturers’ warrantees against breakage or damage caused as a result of “normal” use.
  E-mail us with a description of the problem, and details of when it was bought. We’ll contact you to let you know whether the item should be returned for repair or replacement. If the fault is a manufacturer’s defect – then it will all be no charge, and your return postage will be refunded to you.

IMPORTANT:  Please read this - Exceptions on our Return Policy - by proceeding with your order you are legally bound by contract to the terms and conditions of this website - in this vein, we have the following exception to our return policy so it is important for you to understand and accept this one conditon, namely, we will not be held responsible for failed delivery, items missing or damaged during the transit stage in the event you have chosen not to have your parcel insured.  As at the moment we only make use of S.A.P.O. for our deliveries - once we have dispatched the parcel and provided your tracking no. it becomes the responsibility of S.A.P.O. to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel and the onus will fall on the Buyer should S.A.P.O. fail to do so.  WE WILL ONLY FOLLOW UP ON PROBLEMS WITH S.A.P.O. or refund/replace if you have had your parcel insured.

The arbitration will be conducted under South African law.
