ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER IS PREFERRED.   There are no extra costs involved. CREDIT CARD There is a purchase limit of a minimum of R1000 for credit card payments.  Should you wish to pay via credit card, please note that there is a surcharge of 5.5% on the TOTAL amount due.  This is charged and payable to our provider.  These costs are NOT included in our product prices as this would not be fair to customers wishing to pay via EFT and would force us to push pricing up.

THE ORDER PROCESS
  Once you have submitted your order, you should receive an automated email confirming the products and quantities you have ordered.  THIS IS NOT AN INVOICE, only the confirmation to check that the order is as you have placed it.
  On the first working day after we receive your order, we will confirm the availability and quantity, make up & weigh the parcel and send a 2nd email - THIS IS THE INVOICE - which will show the available products and quantities PLUS the payment options.   
  Once we have received your payment, we will ship your parcel on the next SHIPPING DATE availabe (pls check available dates by clicking on the link).  You will then receive a final invoice confirming the shipment, with a tracking number for you to be able to keep track of your parcel.
